Bootstrap access
Local development can bootstrap an initial super-admin from environment values. Production now syncs the bootstrap account during deploy on the server itself.
Launch discipline
Rotate the bootstrap password after first entry, keep sample data off, and treat database access as mediated by policy rather than public by default.
